Less Meat for Lunch!

Today for lunch I made Cole slaw and added an apple, chopped dates, and dried cranberries to change ur up a bit. That was served with chicken wing bites, no bread or chips.  I was extremely pleased to hear my son announce he liked the slaw.  I hope lunch holds him through football practice which began a few minutes ago.
